It was midnight.The floors creaked.The walls moaned.The ceiling oozed with spiders.”Mom,are you sure we are safe here?”asked Henry.”Yes,now go get your sister please,”answered his mom.Henry went outside to get his sister,Frida.Henry walked towards the car where he found his sister missing.”MOM!Frida is missing!I went to the car like you asked,and searched for Frida.BUT SHE WASN’T THERE!”Henry cried tears of sadness.Mom went outside to search for Frida.She didn’t find Frida either.Mom called the police and filed a missing child report.Then Henry ran into the woods to search for his beautiful sister,Frida.Mom called for Henry but he never came back.First days passed,then months,then years to find Henry and Frida.But no one ever did.Mom cried herself to sleep at night.She missed her beautiful children running,playing,and laughing.Then mom saw it.The shadow it was creepy like midnight.That’s when a monster picked mom up and swallowed her into the darkness.Now we know who took Frida and Henry.The monster did.

9-11 was a sad day for everybody.I learned that the planes that crashed into the towers were hijacked by a group of people who didn’t like America.They tried to bring America down.After the first crash in the World Trade Center people thought it was a accident but when it happened again they knew that was no accident.Soon after the one  attack at the World Trade Center another plane hit the other tower.They immediately stopped sending flights out.Soon after the World Trade Center attacks a plane hit the Pentagon.After the people on flight 93 heard about the attacks they took the plane back from the hijackers,and instead crashed it in Western,Pennsylvania.Where flight 93 had crashed there was a crater,and there were no survivors.That day the definition for ‘heroes’ changed.The people who attacked america where found and punished.Now where the World Trade Centers stood there is a memorial with the names of the people in the building at that time the towers fell.If there is a rose that means it’s that person’s birthday.we should all remember 9-11 to honor all the people that died trying to evacuate.

For me,so far 5th grade is really fun.So far,the teachers are really nice.We get lots of work done in an hour and learn new things,but it’s really tiring sometimes.As soon as we get to the classroom we start working.Sometimes in the morning in the hallway we get to talk.I really look forward to learning lots of new things in science,reading,math and social studies.In science I hope we get to have cool experiments and projects.What is awesome is that we get much more freedom in 5th grade than we did in 4th grade.Like at lunch and class we get to choose our own seats.In Mrs.Owens and Mr.Mcbride’s we get don’t to choose our own seats,nobody does,unless you have a pass.My favorited class is Mrs.Owens because we get to read a lot,I love to read.I can already tell i’m going to love 5th grade.

Did you know everyone has a hobby?No?Well it’s true.Everyone has something they enjoy doing the most,just like my favorite hobby is Art.There’s a bunch of reasons why my favorite hobby is art,so i’ll start with a few.Why do I love art?For starters I love to draw,and color.Which by the way is also art.Also have you realized that there’s art everywhere?No?There’s designs on clothes,curtains,school supplies,etc.That’s why art is important to all of us.Did you know when we do arts,and crafts we relax?No?Well at least I relax.When I draw or color I relax,because I’m in my imagination world,which is an important part of me.Last but no least is,my creativity.Not everyone has creativity like I do.Why?Because all of us have it,but some people let go.Creativity is also a important part of art,because without it you can’t do anything.To summerize up.What is your favorite hobby?Why is it important to you?
